Shipping Timelines: US Domestic Shipping

General Merchandise Orders- Generally ship within 1-4 business days.

Custom Orders- Please allow 10 business days from the date your full payment is received

Once I ship your items out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for your package to start tracking.

Once the package is delivered I, A Soul Full of Sunflowers/Pure Love Crates is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

Although I try my best to deliver your products in a timely manner, once the mail delivery service receives your package it is out of my control regarding how fast it is delivered to you (no matter the delivery rate you select).

If you have any questions regarding your package once I ship it out, please use the provided tracking number as well as speaking with your local postal service.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Entered:

The Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back to you.

If you find that you may have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation in a timely manner.

 

International Shipping

Although we would love to, at this time we do not offer international shipping. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you purchase, but we understand things happen!

Due to the nature of our products and services ALL sales are final.

Custom Request: Once full payment is received you will have 24 hours to cancel; any cancellations after the 24 hour deadline will result in forfeiture of payment

Special Case Return Request:

If you feel that your situation is a special case and you would like for it to be reviewed as an exception please send an email to letsconnect@asoulfullofsunflowers.com

In certain situations, such as damaged items received, we will do our best to assist.

**Please note that documented proof is required for such claims**

If you feel that your situation may be a special case, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item(s). By using this site, you acknowledge if you contact us past the 24 hour deadline you forfeit your special circumstance request.

 Please contact us within the 24 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

If we approve a special circumstance, a refund will not be issued until the damaged item is returned.

In general, we do not provide cash refunds or exchanges outside of approved special circumstances such as circumstances out of customers control (example, lost before delivery/damaged in the mail)

 

We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:

  • An irregular or excessive returns history

  • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or

  • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
