General Merchandise Product Orders Purchased from the Shop- Generally ship within 3-5 business days. (Does not include made to order products and services)

Made to Order Products and Services | Please refer to the specific page and products for the designated service you are requesting.

Once I ship your items out you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 -72 hours for your package to start tracking.

Once the package is delivered we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you have any questions please contact us.

Although I try my best to deliver your products in a timely manner, once the mail delivery service receives your package it is out of my control regarding how fast it is delivered to you , no matter the delivery rate you select.

If you have any questions regarding your package once I ship it out, please use the provided tracking number as well as speaking with your local postal service.

 

Incorrect Shipping Address Entered:

The Customer is responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address being entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to ship it back to you.

If you find that you may have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the situation in a timely manner.

 

International Shipping

Although we would love to, at this time we do not offer international shipping.

Due to the nature of our products and services ALL sales are final.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that has been damaged during the shipping process we will do our best to assist.

**Please note that documented proof is required for such claims**

If you have received a damaged product, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item(s). By using this site, you acknowledge if you contact us past the 24 hour deadline you forfeit your damage item request.

 Please contact us within the 24 hours and we will do our best to address your concerns.

We do not provide cash refunds or exchanges.
