No we are not a print shop. We design the request and use third party companies for production.

Whether you sent some flyers, forms, to printing and need someone to pick them up and bring them to you; or you need flyers sent to printing. We can help!

o Standard Orders | Standard orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance.
o Large Orders & Bulk Orders | Please place orders at least 3 weeks.
o Rush Orders | If an order is required sooner, rush service is available with a 7 business day turnaround and will include a rush order fee. Contact us to inquire.

o To place an order please use the designated form that matches your request.
o Please answer each question to the best of your ability. The more detailed you are, the better.
o Once your request is submitted, we will contact you and work together to see if our design services will be within our design scope.
o Each form submitted will be reviewed for approval.

o Once your order details are confirmed, an invoice will be issued outlining all costs, including materials, assembly and delivery, if applicable.
o All customers have 48 hours to review the invoice and request any corrections.
o Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
o Orders are not processed or produced until payment is received in full.

We want you to love every design. After all it will represent you.
We will share the design with you before it goes to production.
To ensure everything is ordered and received in a timely manner please review and approve all designs within 24 hours of receiving approval request.

o Production begins the next day after payment confirmation.
o Standard processing time: Please allow 2 weeks before your gift deadline for shopping and shipping time.

o All sales are final. The balance can be applied to future orders if a cancellation is needed.

o Since we are not a print shop we will use third party print shops such to produce certain design request.
We currently ship all over the US. At this time we do not ship internationally
o Local delivery is available for an additional fee
o Pick up orders are available by appointment only at a designated location
§ Pick up address will be given after order is processed
o Shipping is available
o We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
o Please make sure you check all invoices for accuracy before approval
o We will include a final photo with all gifts that are being shipped so you can see your final product in the event that some items shift.
o All gifts will be shipped in a sturdy box and lots of packing material and tape.

o Due to the nature of our products and services ALL sales are final.
o No returns or exchanges accepted. If items were ordered through a third party and we had it directly shipped to you, please contact us and we will be happy to work with you and the company to ensure any corrections.
o If an item has been ruined during shipping, visual proof is required.
o In situations such as damaged items received, we will do our best to assist. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of item(s).
