For most of my early years depression was my friend because I didn’t know who I was or where I belonged. I placed myself in spaces that buried me deeper instead of nourishing me.  I was drowning in a shallow pond that felt deep and I didn’t know how to get out.

Eventually the mental, emotional and spiritual exhaustion became too much and I decided to give myself a chance, something had to change.

That’s where A Soul Full of Sunflowers was born. Being inspired by my own healing journey I made it my mission to reimagine our relationships with ourselves.

Why? Because we are important, and we deserve to heal in every way. Simple as that!

 We are with ourselves more than we are with anyone else. From the thoughts that we think, to what we see when we look in the mirror, to how we view ourselves plays a major role in our everyday lives.  

A Soul Full of Sunflowers is built on a community that’s healing together. Our mission is to help you restore your relationship with yourself by creating a peaceful atmosphere within yourself. We believe that it all starts within.

I chose to heal on purpose; and it has changed my relationship with myself in so many abundant ways internally and externally. And I hope it does the same for you.
