Giving should be FUN and not a stressful process, that’s why we have created an ordering system that is smooth and simple, so all you have to do is sit back and let us do what we love to do; and that of course is to shop, create beautiful things and give.
For us to set ourselves up for a successful gifting experience please make sure to read over the guidelines and gift ordering policies below.

o Standard Orders | Standard orders should be placed at least two weeks in advance of the date the gift is needed.
o Large Orders & Bulk Orders | Please place orders at least 3 weeks before your gift deadline
o Rush Orders | If an order is required sooner, rush service is available with a 3-5 business day turnaround and will include a rush order fee. Contact us at purelovecrates@gmail.com to inquire.

o To place an order please use the designated form that matches your request.
o Please answer each question to the best of your ability. The more detailed you are, the better.
o Once your request is submitted, we will contact you and work together with you to ensure the best gifting experience.
o Each form submitted will be reviewed for approval.

o Once your order details are confirmed, an invoice will be issued outlining all costs, including materials, assembly and delivery, if applicable.
o All customers have 48 hours to review the invoice and request any corrections.
o Full payment is required within 48 hours of receiving the invoice.
o Orders are not processed or produced until payment is received in full.

After payment is received no changes will be possible due to materials being ordered or preparation beginning.

o Production begins the next day after payment confirmation.
o Standard processing time: Please allow 2 weeks before your gift deadline for shopping and shipping time.

o All sales are final. The balance can be applied to future orders if a cancellation is needed.

o We currently ship all over the US. At this time we do not ship internationally
o Local delivery is available for an additional fee
o Pick up orders are available by appointment only at a designated location
§ Pick up address will be given after order is processed
o Shipping is available
o We are not responsible for incorrect delivery addresses or unclaimed deliveries.
o Please make sure you check all invoices for accuracy before approval
o We will include a final photo with all gifts that are being shipped so you can see your final product in the event that some items shift.
o All gifts will be shipped in a sturdy box and lots of packing material and tape.

o Due to the nature of our products and services ALL sales are final.
o In situations such as damaged items received, we will do our best to assist. Please contact us within 24 hours of receipt of damaged item(s).
o If an item has been ruined during shipping, visual proof is required.

Not all gifts have to come in a gift basket. We can discuss different options.
If shipping some reassembly may be required. Don’t worry I’ll include a picture so you can put it back perfectly.

§ Whether you need party favors created from start to finish or if you already have the supplies and just need assistance putting them together, we can help.

o If there are personal branding items that you would like to include in your gifting. We would love to brainstorm and discuss ideas with you.
All personal branding request outside of our creative scope will need to be provided if you would like to add it to your gifting request.
